Most men that approach me wanting to build muscle and get leaner, actually need to clean up the excess fat first and FAST, then look at gaining some muscle after.
But we can only do this when your body is in a LEAN, efficient insulin-sensitive state. You can’t put much muscle on while being unable to see your abs. You’ll just continue getting fatter and fatter.
